1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• A ₹250 return handling deduction is applicable on all returns.
• Returned products must be:
  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With original tags and packaging intact

All return requests are subject to quality inspection.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following categories are strictly non-returnable:

• Intimate or hygiene-related products

• Returns are not permitted
• Refunds are not permitted
• Only exchanges are allowed (subject to eligibility)

3. Return Approval & Inspection

• All returns are approved only after quality inspection at our warehouse.
• If the product fails inspection due to usage, damage, or missing tags, the return request may be rejected.
• Rejected returns may be shipped back to the customer.
