At SuperSaint®, we aim to make your experience smooth and transparent. Please review our cancellation and exchange guidelines below.

Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Orders (in-stock):
    You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Pre-Orders / Wait & Save Products:
    You may cancel within 72 hours of purchase.

  • After the cancellation window (24 hours for standard orders, 72 hours for pre-orders), your order is sent to our factory for processing. At this stage, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or store credit. SuperSaint® only provides exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Products purchased on sale are eligible for exchange only (no refunds or store credit).

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or color variations of the same product.

  • Our exchange window is 30 days from delivery.

Damaged / Wrong Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please report it within 5 days of delivery.

  • Required for claim approval:

    1. Images of the damaged/incorrect item

    2. An image of the SKU/barcode on the packaging

  • Once approved, we’ll replace the item with the same product, size, and color.

  • If reported after 5 days, or if required images are not provided, we may not be able to process the exchange.

How to Start an Exchange

All exchange requests must be submitted through our official portal:

  • Please ensure items are:

    • Unused and unworn

    • Free from stains, wear, or damage

    • With original tags attached

    • In original packaging with barcode sticker visible

  • Please use the provided shipping label within 7 days of creation.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing Time

  • Exchanges will be processed within 7 business days once the returned item is received at our warehouse.

  • If there are any issues with your return, our support team will reach out to you.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 5 minutes of purchase and shipped within 72 business hours for fast delivery.
