Cancellation Policy

At SuperSaint®, we are committed to ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully regarding cancellation of orders.

1. Standard Orders (in-stock items)

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

• To cancel, contact our Customer Support via email or the “Contact Us” from our website with your order number and cancellation request.

2. Pre-Order Items

• For items marked as pre-order, the cancellation window is extended to 72 hours from the time you place the pre-order.

• After 72 hours, we consider the order to be final because we have already initiated production or placed the order with the factory.

3. After Cancellation Windows (Standard & Pre-Order)

• If you request cancellation after the applicable window (24 hours for standard; 72 hours for pre-order), we cannot accommodate the cancellation, because the order has already been sent to the factory or production process has begun.

• In such cases, you may be eligible for a return once you receive the item (if the item is eligible under our Returns & Exchanges Policy), but full cancellation/refund is not possible.

4. Refunds

• Once a cancellation within the allowed window is accepted, the refund will be initiated through the original payment method.

• The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank/payment provider, and may take 3–10 business days (or longer depending on the provider).

5. How to Cancel

• Send your cancellation request to: [Customer Support Email / Contact Page], including:

  1. Your order number

  2. The items you wish to cancel

  3. Reason (optional)

• We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request, and once approved, process your refund as per above.

6. Exceptions & Other Notes

• If there is a mistake or defect in your order (wrong size, damaged goods, etc.), please contact us immediately under our Exchanges / Returns Policy. Those situations are handled separately.

• We reserve the right to refuse cancellation if we believe the request is made after production/manufacturing has meaningfully begun.
