Super Saint – Exchange Policy

This Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made on Super Saint (supersaint.co).

1. Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products eligible for exchange must be:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With original tags and packaging intact

All exchange requests are subject to stock availability and quality checks.

2. Exchange Charges

  • First exchange: Completely free of cost
  • Second exchange: ₹250 exchange handling fee

Any exchange beyond the second request will be evaluated at the sole discretion of Super Saint.

3. Eligible Exchange Types

  • Size exchange (most common)
  • Color exchange (subject to availability)
  • Product exchange of equal or higher value (price difference, if any, must be paid by the customer)

Exchanges for a lower-value product may not be permitted.

4. Category-Based Rules

Innerwear & Hygiene Products

  • Returns and refunds are not allowed for innerwear or hygiene-related products.
  • Exchange is allowed only for size-related issues, subject to eligibility conditions.

5. Exchange Process

  1. Customer initiates an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Support team verifies eligibility and stock availability.
  3. Pickup is arranged where serviceable.
  4. Replacement product is dispatched after the original product is received and passes inspection.

6. Pickup & Self-Shipping

  • If exchange pickup is not serviceable at the customer’s pincode, the customer must self-ship the product.

7. Exchange Rejection

  • Exchanges may be rejected if:
    • Product is used or washed
    • Tags or original packaging are missing
    • Product is damaged by the customer

Rejected items may be sent back to the customer.

8. Policy Enforcement

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of processing.
  • Super Saint reserves the right to deny exchanges in case of policy misuse or abnormal exchange patterns.
  • Policy terms may be updated without prior notice.
